Therapy Process

The type of intervention plan that your child receives, will depend on the outcome of their assessment.

Once the report has been written, therapist Hannah will arrange a telephone call, to discuss your the next steps with you.

Thearpy Plan

Direct and Indirect

Direct Therapy.
Direct therapy will be carried out to support the needs identified in your child's report.

Direct therapy, will be 1:1 sessions with therapist Hannah, on a fortnightly bases.

Indirect Therapy

Following your child's assessment, it maybe identified that your child does not require speech and language intervention. However, there maybe areas that you can support your child with at home, under the guidance of therapist Hannah.

Hannah will work with you to demonstrate specific activities that you can do at home.

Therapy Fees

Therapy sessions - Preschool

Preschool sessions include time for discussion with parents and demonstration of resources (where needed).

Fees:

Therapy Sessions - School age

Where possible sessions will be carried out in school, to enable me to liaise with teaching staff (e.g., your child's class teacher) to provide advice and/or demonstration of resources/activities.

EHCP sessions

The Educational Healthcare Plan package is based on the speech and language therapy provision that is outlined in your child's plan.

Payment Information

Fees for your child's assessment or sessions will be invoiced to you in advance via email.

You will be given a 10 day period for the invoice to be paid.. Invoices MUST be paid for in advance. An unpaid invoice, without notifying therapist Hannah will result in the appointment being cancelled.
